Useless Delivery and Packers waste of My time!!

I ordered a £145 Watch only to receieve it in a battered tatty box not in any state to give as a gift. The Metal Watch Strap was broken and the face was scratched, so I phoned up customer services only to be put through to someone who couldnt understand My problem and who has charged Me for the Watch again plus put on a delivery charge which ive never paid for a delivery charge as i always pick up from a collect+ shop near Me. Very bad customer service they are only interested in your money and the after service is rude and unexceptable.
