Disappointed
We sent two Blackberry Curves off and was going to get around £40 each back and I received an email back saying that one had water damage. I can honestly say that never had the phone been dropped in water or been anywhere near even a little water. What could we do. We got about £10 for that phone instead of £40.

Water damage is indicator by a marker inside the handset which changes colour. The phone does not need to have been submerged in water, it can occur with condensation.
As the marker has changed colour this shows that the life of the phone will be shortened and we therefore reduce the price.
