delivery was dispatched promptly however the courier service could not be bothered to deliver instead they think an e mail apologising helps, i tried using the email in the place of the magnets but it wasn't quite the same, the upshot of this is that a 7k order was not completed and the customer has refused to pay, and I am not happy. As a footnote the service of the company and their employee was first class, and their response to the delivery problem could not be faulted.
