NOT HAPPY, WITH THE SERVICE

ATTENTION Mr Jose,

Yesterday I booked a flight with you to Harare Zimbabwe, which I paid for with my
credit card. You told me you where going to refund me the £10. You charged me
for the Telesales fee. You have not credited my account the the same. Please can
you explain why. If you tell a customer that you will refund monies owed to them
then it should be done. It is a matter of principle.
You can be sure that this is the first and last time I will book my travels with you.

Dear Mrs Mahomed - the refund was processed as advised on the 18th November but as this was a Sunday would not have been actioned by your bank until the 19th November.

You can expect to see this reflect as cleared funds within the next 48-72 hours.
