i ordered a product realized i couldn't get the day off work to use it and it says you have 7 days to claim a no quibble refund. so i called up, was told i had to email to email@example.com , doesnt state a response time, doesnt state what there procedure is, basically gives u no information at all, i dont understand why you cant do it over the phone, via email it just allows them to drag the situation further and being someone who works monday till sunday 9 till 8 i have no time to wait for random emails, iv spent a lot of money with wowcher and think the customer service is absolutely awful!
