refund policy ridiculous

i ordered a product realized i couldn't get the day off work to use it and it says you have 7 days to claim a no quibble refund. so i called up, was told i had to email to , doesnt state a response time, doesnt state what there procedure is, basically gives u no information at all, i dont understand why you cant do it over the phone, via email it just allows them to drag the situation further and being someone who works monday till sunday 9 till 8 i have no time to wait for random emails, iv spent a lot of money with wowcher and think the customer service is absolutely awful!

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with our refunds procedure.

We request that refunds are made in writing to protect the customer, by ensuring that we have a paper trail we are able to reduce the chance of refunds being carried out incorrectly.

We take refund requests from the date the email is received by us and not the date we process them to ensure you get the refund you are entitled to. It can unfortunately take up to 5 days to respond to emails a time frame which we are working hard to reduce.
