Terrible despatch/delivery times!

Ordered on Tuesday 13/11/12 with next day delivery, they hadn't despatched by Thursday evening so I entered a support ticket, only to be given excuses and told my order would be dealt with as a high priority, so I'm thinking, great! They'll despatch it on Friday for a Saturday delivery. But no, nothing came, it's Monday now and i'm still waiting for something I ordered a week ago! Not very happy at all.

And I'm still to receive my refund for the next day postage. If you don't mind paying for next day delivery and then waiting a few weeks for your order then MP may be for you, but I doubt I'll be using MP again.
