I ordered a Maxwell & Williams dinner service and 3 M & W storage jars. I had to wait a while as one of my items were out of stock, however, this was not a problem as I was not in a rush and Havens emailed me to advise me there would be a delay. When I received my order one of the storage jars was faulty so I emailed Havens that evening to ask how I could get it replaced. They emailed me back the next day to say they were sending a replacement by next day delivery - No questions asked and no need to return the faulty one. It is refreshing to find a company these days that give such fantastic customer service and care about their customers satisfaction. Well done Havens I will definitely be using you again and telling all my friends to use you too!
