Ordered 3 items from my protein on the 4/11/12 for £70 delivery was slow on these items as it was but I thought it will be worth it when it came! Well the box came had 2 of the items in the box but the 3rd was missing, it even had a sticker on the inside of the box stating this item was missing but they sent it to me anyway! So I thought I'd ring them up on the numbers off the website and get it sorted in no time....NO, I made 4 phone calls and was on hold each time for 45 minutes and didn't get to speak with anyone (SHOCKING) so I mailed them through there website.... Only to be told this would be looked into and dealt with in 24 hrs.... YEAH RIGHT... I've now sent three different emails to them as I have had a response (auto reply) then not heard anything from them we are now on 19/11/12 and I still have no protein! I will be avoiding at all costs I'm future, joke of a company with no customer service whatsoever! AVOID!!!
