Frustrating

Fitted the pump, apart from the first couple a seconds, it stoped working, further
Investigation showed that it caused the trip switch on the power board to trip out
Called our domestic electrician thinking there was a fault with our power supply
After two hours of investigation no fault was found, he then tested the pump and
Discovered that it was faulty ,have arranged today with your company for a
Replacement to be sent, and we return the faulty pump.

Fustrating and of course costly as we now will receive a invoice from
The electrician. Peter Brennan.

Please contact our office on 0131 538 4343 choosing option 1 with regards to replacement and for us to get faulty item uplifted.

If items are found to faulty, damaged on delivery or incorrect please contact our office ASAP so we can work together to resolve matters quicker in the first instance.
