Terrible delivery, terrible customer service

Waiting for delivery, email to say no one home, can't be I'm at home, driver must be Wayne as he always does this to me, fails to deliver not once but on 5 different occasions, phoned customer services spoke to Tom raised complaint told driver has been told to redeliver, time please ? Sorry you will have to sit in and wait. 5.45pm Leanne on phone parcel has been returned to centre, wait in again all day tomorrow I don't think so, asked to speak to manager surprise surprise no one available, all busy but then again I'm not surprised about that with there lack of customer service skills, how hard can it be to deliver a parcel

Hi Leah,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you have had. I have just taken a look at our tracking system and there are two key points:

1) The parcel will arrive 9:50 - 10:50 this morning. The driver has been asked to give you a call when he approaches to ensure smooth delivery.

2) Our customer service team has requested that the depot manager gives you a call to discuss this matter.
