Free delivery, quick and efficient

I tried to call and have emailed regarding a 20% offer on Lyle & Scott, despite leaving 3 voicemails and sending 2 emails I am yet to receive a reply which is disappointing. I did order a separate item which was received all ok and on time

Hi Mark,

We can only apologise for not providing any sort of customer service when it was required and will certainly look into it. Our voicemails are cleared down every day and to my knowledge there are no un-replied emails in the F18 inbox, but we will of course double check and have a look in the spam folder. It's possibly worth mentioning that if you do need to contact us out of office hours then the Live Chat facility is probably the best option. It will immediately send your query via email to all staff members and will not be spam blocked. If we can deal with the query whilst away from the office then we will endeavour to do so, if not someone will be in touch the following working day.

If there's anything we can do retrospectively regarding the Lyle & Scott promotion, then we will be happy to do so. By all means contact customer services by phone or try the Live Chat facility and we will call you back.

The shoes I received by post were different to the icon on the web site

I ordered a pair of puma shoes which based on the picture were black but the pair I received were two tone. I called the helpline and they were to be collected by courier and sent back, however for two consecutive days the courier never arrived and no apology or notification was received, final after 3 further calls the shoes have now gone back and I await my refund
