Ordered a dress using click and collect service, they took the money out of my account and two weeks later still no confirmation the dress had been dispatched even though i had selected a particular date for the dress to be delivered.
I had to wait two weeks (and several phone calls later) to be told that the dress was out of stock (even though it was outlined on website at time of ordering it was in stock) and that a refund would happen but money would take up to 10 days to be credited back to me.
A complete and utter joke, and the call centre staff said ' we can only apologise but this does happen quite a lot'....doesn't exactly instill confidence in the company
