Unhappy with charge for changing booking

After having booked a crossing from Hull to Zeebrugge I had to change the travel dates, I accepted that there would be a charge but £45 is a bit steep not to mention the fact that the fare for the changed booking should have been cheaper, but you refused to set this off against the change fee.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty amending your booking. We do charge a standard fee for amendments, in addition to any charges that the ferry operator applies.
