My experience with Achica has been dreadful. I ordered a knife set for £103.75 on the 8th September. It should have been with me before 9th October. This date came and went and I heard nothing from Achica. I messages them online- the only way to make a complaint- and got sent a number with hyperlink to check on my complaint, however this link didn't work. I eventually got a new code after further messages which did work and was told they would look into it and get back in touch within 48hrs. 3 days later I messages again to check what happening. As of 19th Novembet I am still waiting for information about my product and a possible delivery date. I will not be using Achica again and advise others to steer clear!!
