I am familiar with products and ordered online to get delivery to my home in advance of a trip to France to deliver gifts. Unfortunately Jacques took the "safe" recorded delivery option without giving me the customer a choice and so my parcel languishes at the post office as there is no one at home to sign for it and the postmen won't leave it in my huge delivery box. So despite having paid for postage in order to get it in time, I won't, and will probably have to pay again for postage to my work and then carry it home. Please Jacques inform your customers at checkout what the delivery options involve and give us the option of opting in/ out. Thank you
