I ordered flowers for my mum for her 68th birthday. They are beautiful and she is really pleased with them. Unfortunately I received the "your flowers have been delivered"text before they had been delivered. My mum then coincidentally rang me shortly after receiving it. It was evident from the conversation that she hadn't received them leading me to finally ask "Did you get the flowers?". I rang customer service who assured me that the delivery had been made. The chap was very helpful. He phoned back and said that the local florist confirmed that the delivery had been made. I rang my mum back and they were at the door with the flowers....25 minutes after the text . Beautiful flowers, a very happy mum but sadly not the surprise I had hoped for for her..... :(
