Fast Efficient delivery!
I do a lot of online shopping and I know the nightmares that come along with all the different couriers. I must say Hermes is one I've never had a problem with. They deliver when they say they will and they are easy to follow with the online tracking. Well done :)

Disgusting!
I ordered a pair of very high heel shoes from the website and I wish I hadn't bothered! When they eventually arrived (9 days after ordering) they were filthy, they looked like they had been worn numerous times and loads of the studs had fallen off! The heel was worn down and the "suede" seemed to have rubbed off.
I emailed a few complaints but got nothing back, terrible customer service. I eventually just gave up and sent them back, Then to top it all off I only got partial refund! I wouldn't touch this company again with a ten foot barge pole!
