Minor hiccup resolved impeccably!
Terrific products at great prices. One minor delivery issue in that after a first failed delivery I provided courier instructions that were not passed on. One brief call to customer services & they resolved the issue quickly, with a minimum of fuss & within the promised timescales. Great follow up service - called & said I was right & apologised. The measure of a company & their service ethos is when there are bumps, not smoothness. This was a great experience. Used this company twice & I think they're great.
