nightmare delivery

ordered afridge freezer, it arrived a week early with nop notice so we were still decorating and had no where to store our food. the fridge was the wrong colour and the delivery men refused to come back and collect it even though they were only 6 miles away.
numerous phone calls to very, yodel and a mystery middle man, escalated my case, and they eventually collected it 6 days later.
delvery men were abrupt to the point of being rude.
Very then tried to collect 3 fridges!!
was then asked did i want to re-order " as if"!! no thanks
