I am very sorry that the assembly was difficult and took longer than suggested, I am going to ask my manager to look into this problem and talk to our suppliers about the issues you have experienced.
The Lug’s shouldn’t have needed to be opened up to assemble the shelving, so I apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.
