Good professional service and quick delivery
Very easy and informative website. They use royal mail and packages usually arrive in 1-2 days and you get email confirmation on when your item has been dispatched. Would use again and their prices are very reasonable.

When you order you are kept up to date on the process and stages your pc/laptop goes through when it's being built.. You are notified via text the exact time and date when. delivery is due and arrives on schedule. There is a message board where their admins and other users help answer any queries you have in relation to your specs. If you prefer to speak to someone on the phone, there is help desk for sales advice and technical support where you'll speak to very friendly and helpful technicians. The site is very user friendly and easy to navigate when choosing your build to your needs. Overall pc specialist provide a pleasant service and experience, whether you're a novice or a veteran it is fun and not a daunting experience ordering from this company.
