i got the message on 13-11-12 saying that the device will be delivered on the next day that is on 14-11-12 but it was not delivered. i called up the customer care to get tracking code of royal mail and the advisor told that he will get the information from warehouse department and call me back on 15-11-2012 but i havent received any information from him. this is not a good customer service.still i was waiting for the device.i would have received the device much faster if i would have went to the store, i am looking forward to terminate the contract from phones4 u.
