Extremely dissappointed

When my order arrived on Friday 15th November i was really excited because it is for my nephews christening which i am god father. My neighbour had taken it in due to my work commitments. When i opened it i was very disappointed that it came in a Macdonalds shakes box with a few air bags in it but it was wrapped in bubble wrap. I opened the star paper weight as i chose the silver package and to my dis-belief they had spelled the middle name wrong and the surname wrong and i looked at the framed certificate and the middle name was spelled correctly but the surname was incorrect and this was also the case for the certificate in the folder. I phoned up on the Friday to complain about this because i looked at my printed reciept and the spelling was correct so i new i was in the right to complain. A very polite young lady spoke to me very professionaly and told me i would recieve a whole new pack by Monday which it has not arrived so i will wait until tomorrow and if there is no delivery i will call back and hope i get some satisfaction this time as the christening is in 5 days and i am starting to panic a bit incase it doesnt turn up.
