Very poor customer service

When I tried to pay the problems over payment security were such that I chose not to pursue my purchase as the company did little to make the process easy for me.
This was disappointing given the nature of modern e purchasing.

Unfortunately your credit card company displayed a fraud warning when you made your order. We take fraud very seriously and if this happens we do have to make additional security checks. We have now revised these procedure using new procedures in order to make the process easier for our customers.
