Some amazing deals but rubbish aftercare and redemption.

I find that although the offers are good, once you pay and try and redeem your voucher it can take forever to receive. On one order I purchased, the link wowcher sent to redeem my purchase led me to a Chinese site and I had to turn detective to go to the correct site.
Chasing customer service also does not always seem to help. Its a shame because wowcher offers some amazing deals. it is just a shame ther aftercare and redemption is not so great.
