BAD BAD SERVICE no customer satisfaction no perfume no refund altogether CRAP

My order was dispatched on the 5th July guess what it didnt arrive I was told i would have to wait 15 working days before i could have either a refund or another item sent out to me well on the 23rd i emailed to be told another item was in the post to me guess what this didnt arrive making me think i was never going to get any perfume I have now asked for a refund and that was on the 5th August I have had nothing returned to my account I have clearly been conned out of my money I was wondering how this company is still trading, clearly the reviews on the site are made up to make it look like people are recieving their goods I havnt found one positive review
