Return of goods was acknowledged by Merlin exactly one week before the money was refunded to my account. In this technical day and age I think that is too long. The advice received by them was, in my opinion, inaccurate but it was to do with how noisy wheel hubs were and the wheels I received were, in my opinion, noisy. I do however understand that this is subjective and I have no reason to believe they did this maliciously. The order had already gone in, but had not been dispatched, when my concerns about the noise were raised. Cost me £12 to send them back but this was not refunded.
The customer service was however always prompt, polite and courteous.
