Pity that advice was insufficient.

Ordered a 2tb hard drive to supplement my rapidly filling 30gb drive. It would have been helpful to have been told that certain cables etc were needed as well. When I did go back with a query I got the skimpiest of guidance - frankly inadequate. A shame that quick despatch of the item was followed by poor customer service,
