I had never ordered from Printeland before. I was attracted by the website, promise of next day deliver, range of products and reasonable prices. My problem is that I knew which printers I did not want but wasn't sure which to go with. The customer support team talked me through the options, explained some of the jargon and really helped me decide on the OKI 531. He processed my order on the phone and true to work was with me the next day. The description and recommendation were spot on because it is a fantastic printer which was very easy to set up. I belong to a business network of around 400 members who sometimes ask questions like: can anyone recommend a printer? Next time I will recommend both the printer and the supplier! Thanks
