i have used P2G quite a few times and never had a problem, the last time i used them however, i booked a parcel to the scottish highlands through Yodel, and they are SH1T!! they never collected, it took me hours to get through to them when i eventually got through i was on hold for 33 minutes only for an operator to tell me to F off!, i contacted parcel to go again and they were superb, got it booked with AJG highlands (use them every time if you can) and every thing went peachy. booked 3 parcels on with them tonight and i made a complete dogs ear of things, wrong addresses and names etc. contacted their live help asnd the girl there, jenny K was absolutely spot on the money, sorted out all the names and addresses, values and insurances and made me feel important. I KNOW THEY HAVE HAD SOME BAD PRESS BUT I FOR ONE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM BUT I'LL BOOK TNT OF AJG FOR MY DELIVERIES. well done to P2G and thanks again
