Perfect for my needs
Haven't sent much Internationally with them but I use the service a lot for ebay sales as we're clearing out our loft and an office at work.
I really can't fault the service. I even had a situation where I wasn't in and the driver came back later to pickup!
Maybe I have been lucky or I've just chosen the 'right' service but its been perfect for my purposes to date and they'll definitely get a chance, just as they gave me a chance when I screwed up, before I look elsewhere.

A catchy header? Well that's what made Thurgo stand out on Google
Then I saw the pricing and it was consistently very good. So after a bit of looking around and reading some reviews I bought our new Dysan digital from them.
Still waiting for the separate utensil pack that is to come direct from Dysan but the unit from Thurgo was with me very quickly and I was given updates on the shipping to my mobile as well as being given options to change delivery while it was in transit.
Fantastic - just the sort of set up I like to deal with and if they've got anything I want to buy I won't bother shopping around next time as I'm really happy with the service :o)
