Disgraceful
I have never left bad feedback for anything bought on the Internet
However I have never dealt with a company which had a total disregard for customer service as this shower
I ordered a watch on 6th of December which they said was available with a 3/5 day delivery which seemed great as the price was the lowest price ( same as amazon )
After 4 calls where they lied saying the watch was due to be sent next day as it was in the delivery which they had just received . I asked for calls to confirm despatch which they failed to keep their promise
On the 24th I rang again to be told I should have an email to explain that the watch should be delivered in January which was not acceptable
I cancelled the order there and then which was the only thing they did correct and ordered from amazon which arrived on the 28th
Would not recommend

Can't fault the company Placed order on line and the next morning I received a call to confirm when the fitting would take place ,they gave me a two hour window and didn't let me down .The fitter was superb and the job was done in about ten minutes . I would recommend nod will use again
