Been a regular customer for quite a few years. Always easy to find what I am looking for and to place orders. Regular e-mails alert me to special offers and the building up of points enables me to have a "freebie" every so often although you can't normally use these with special offers. All told, good products and an easy to use online shop.
I compared prices on a number of items and Oneclickpharmacy came up cheapest on several. I was able to split my order over 3 suppliers.
I received my goods but long after the other suppliers had delivered. They took 2 and 3 days respectively. Oneclick took almost two weeks.
The worst thing is that I received no order acknowledgement, no despatch notification, in fact no communication at all. When I looked on their website tracking service it said that the goods had been sitting at my local mail sorting office for several days which was simply not true. I e-mailed and asked where my order was and got a reply two days later saying I should wait as it wasn't yet late enough to report it lost in transit.
I buy a lot online and this must be the only company I know that doesn't communicate with you at all. Ultimately I don't think I will order again as saving a bit on price just isn't worth it for the extremely late delivery and complete lack of communication.
