Just 'lapped' up the good service we recieved.

Configuration process was easy, as was the ordering process. It was great to receive emails detailing progress through the build & all the queries I raised were answered promptly, also the quoted build time was spot on.
Computer was well packed, & the handbook/ getting started instructions are OK.
So far very pleased - the laptop is better looking than I expected - & is working well.
Glad I went for a custom build as I have a better spec. for my money than from mainstream retailers, pity they couldn't do more to support custom UK builders.
My only gripe is find it a shame that the chassis have to be imported from China with it's poor human rights record.
