I ordered a dress which I thought was very unique. It was white in colour and at the bottom of the dress, there were lots of cherries. When the dress arrived, the dress was more of a sandy colour and with lots more cherries. However, the dress is still stunning. The dress was a little bit loose on the waist and hips. So I wrote to the seller via the site and each time, a respond would come very promptly. We discussed online. Very quickly we've agreed that they give me a discount on the dress. The refund came thru in less than a week.
I wanted to wear the dress the following day to a graduation dinner, so I used a very tight belt and it looked really good. My colleague came to pick me up and as soon as he saw me, he said very loudly in a surprised tone, "My god, look at you, you're looking so stunning." Even in the car, he kept repeating how good I looked."
So I'm happy I got a stunning dress, got discount for it and very satisfied with the way Lightinthebox communicated with me. I'm very happy with the seller's attitude in responding and wanting to help.
In the past, I've also bought dance shoes from LightintheBox before and they were so gorgeous. Again wowed by my dancing friends and asked me where to get them.
So I recommend anyone to shop with Lightinthebox. I also advise people who shop online that it is expected that the product that you receive may not be exactly the same as the photo. People have just got to accept that sellers take many photos of that one item and will choose the best way it is angled. This is marketing and promoting skills. If you are a person who shop online often, you'll get the picture.
