I placed an order with VERY and had a coupon code for twenty pounds off. I selected goods and went to checkout and no option for adding in coupon code and before i realised it i had completed sale. I immediately contacted VERY customer service who said that one item wasnt eligible, fair enough. I then tried to cancel order - she said it was too late. I tried to buy another item but she said i could add anything to the original order. She preferred me to receive order send it all back and then order the same items again this time using my coupon!! What a waste of everyones time, A delivery that arrived only to be sent back and then order all again and wait again for delivery.
