We offer a dedicated customer support service via email or telephone which is operational from Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. If there was an issue with your purchase, please do drop us an email (in Finnish if you would prefer as we have a Finnish Customer Support Representative) and we will rectify this issue for you. Please also note that we spot weigh and check each bottle of liquid so that each customer is given the specified amount and is in no way under filled. We as a company fully adhere to the regulations set by ECITA.
