Couple of e-liquids bottles not full.

couple of e-liquids were missing some liquid, so I didnt get my moneys worth.

Please also note that we spot weigh and check each bottle of liquid so that each customer is given the specified amount and is in no way under filled. We as a company fully adhere to the regulations set by ECITA.
