We always endeavour to collect and deliver at our customers’ earliest convenience, and we are very sorry that it took more than one attempt to pick up your goods.

Once you kindly provided us with some additional details for delivery, this was passed on to the courier service who then used this information to collect successfully.

We do however understand your frustration with the situation and can only apologise for your experience.
