Website very misleading when it comes to cancellation policy. My studio has a cancellation policy but hostel bookers post their cancellation policy as well which is conflict to mine on their website. It is very frustrating and misleading to my guests. They also are not helpful in resolving no-shows. It seems that once they collect their commission at the time of booking they are not interested in the guest or owner issues. They are left on their own. I suggest owners and prospective guest use airbnb website as they are more professional, honest, reliable and offers support to both owners and guests.
