Friendly and knowledgeable staff, best prices around, good stock levels and opening hours

I've bought several components from GSF for two different cars, one current (fiesta) and one classic (68' Beetle). All parts have been good quality, maybe not the best you can buy, but great value for money. I usually use the shops where staff are very friendly and helpful and know what they're talking about, using ebay I've had a couple of problems with the wrong parts, partly my own fault, partly theirs. Quickly resolved and refunded in Worcester, a store I'd recommend to anyone looking for parts, the Peterborough store were less helpful and refused to accept returns even with all the paperwork and original packaging. Generally, I'd recommend GSF, they're 10x better than Halfords or similar stores, prices are very reasonable and their stock levels are unrivalled in what they sell.
