Excellent Services and prompt respond

It was disappointed that my kitchen taps started dripping less than a year, however when I contacted BathEmpire customer services. They have responded within 24 hr. I have initially given the cartridges for replacement but it did not work. I then emailed BathEmpire "aftersale" team again to request a new replacement tap as advised by the plumber. They have sent a new kitchen tap for replacement without charging me, althought I have to paid for the installation cast again. I have to say, BathEmpire have a fantastic customer services team and very focus on aftersale services. This is what the online shopper want when doing the internet shopping!!! Thanks
