Sold an item on ebay and decided to send with myherpes as they promised a 2 day service at a reasonable price. I prepaid on line on monday lunchtime and dropped off the parcel at their collection shop. On tuesday I got an email from the addressee to say the tracking number myherpes had given them would not work. I checked and he was right so I logged in to see the status as "missing, pre advice" Eventually found a phone number to ask what this meant but the girl didn't know. She guessed it was because the parcel hadn't been collected yet, why it hadn't been collected yesterday was never explained except to say "sometimes the courier only collects 1st thing in the morning". So I asked when the package will be delivered, the response was "within 3 to 5 working days" I pointed out that the website quoted, and I paid for, a 2 day service, the response was "yes but you cant count monday because we didn't collect it" At that point the conversation descended into utter farce and ended with me giving a very frank opinion of myherpes. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THESE INEPT IMBECILES AGAIN.
