Good Day
I would like tl Bring to Your attention,some problems with My Booking my Flight
To Bangkok.
Firstly I thought the preffered way to Book was on Line,until this booking
I went to your website found a flight then entered in all My details eveerything ok
Then when clicked book,The booking kept rejecting My Debit card,so Tried my Credit
card same Problem,as I new My cards were both ok; So made tl call,the answer was
this flight was not available ,but they said they would book me over the phone
this was done,but aCharge of £11.00 plus charged.Dont Understand

There is a £10.00 booking fee if you book offline via our call centre and this would have been included in the price quoted to you by our sales agent.
