Pretty simple review to write - I've been using TWE for a few years now, and have always been delighted with the service - whether you talk to the guys on the phone, or simply order online, the experience is faultless.
Tracking information is always provided and since they use Parcel Force, the deliveries are always on time.

If it was one instance, or maybe a couple over a period of time, because we live in a house with only a house name on a lane, then I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.
But Parcelforce manage. So do UPS. So do Fedex. Even DPD seem to have finally got their act together.
But Citylink - come on. Every time! I'm not exagerating. Every time we have a delivery using Citylink, without fail, the first day will end with a gleeful "Successfully Delivered" status on their tracking with some bizarre name having signed for it. Obviously, this has not actually happened. I guess it makes the driver feel better.
Then next day, it's miraculously out again. And not delivered. Again!
Numerous (expensive) phone calls and useless emails later, and they will eventually find the house, and provide a parcel that looks like it's lost an argument with a forklift truck.
Our house has got a nameplate on the gate. In fact, it's got two.
It's 100 yards from the postcode center.
It's been here since 1928.
It's just not that difficult.
If a Company tells me they are using Citylink now, and if there's an alternative supplier, I always take the alternative.
Even if it's Hermes! Even they can find the house!
Anyway, before I started ranting about this, the web page tells you to type this as if speaking to a friend. So in summary, if I were telling this to a friend, I'd tell them for goodness sake, don't use Citylink.
Don't use Citylink. For your own sake, and the sake of those you love!
