Reasonable customer service let down by poor policies

I bought my mobile over the phone. The sales rep was polite and helpful. The only problem is, as of this date, i have received no written, or emailed, confirmation of the terms we agreed. I have never before encountered such a bizarre system. The only method to confirm our contract is the recorded telephone conversation, which if deleted or 'mis-placed' leaves me with no confirmation whatsoever. Furthermore it is apparent in further online conversations with phones4u staff that they are completely unaware of the intricacies of the contract. I am dubious if phones4u will fulfil these terms if the staff themselves do not know what they are. Therefore i am awaiting with a certain amount of trepidation to see if phones4u honours its words.
