I ordered a reduced price clearance item because I was on a budget and I was happy with the price quoted. Nearly a week later I received a call saying they did not have the item I ordered. I understand if it's not in stock but taking so long to get back to me.
The lady then informed me they could sell me a new one for a lot more. However they did offer a disappointing 5% discount. Needless to say I went somewhere else.
Only good point was that the refund was quick!
