No delivery & not even the courtesy of a phone call

Our wood burner was ordered for delivery on the 17/11, despite waiting in all day the delivery was never made. When we called the company we were informed that the item was not even in stock. We were told we would receive a phone call the following day with a new delivery date. Two days later and we have had to call the company a further two times each time with a promise of a return phone call each time no phone call has been received.
We have builders in adjusting the fireplace for the wood burner and now this company is costing us money,
I should have known better as when i called to ask a question before i ordered the wood burner i was told that the sales staff were busy and was promised a call back which finally came 3 days later...
