I ordered 2 pairs of Boots which looked pretty nice on the website, received them 2 days later and was horrified at the quality although I did try one pair on, I couldnt even get my foot in. I returned them straight away and they were actually back at the Pst Office within 2 hours, sellotaped and then Brown parcel tape with their address label fixed as requested. Obtained my Proof of Posting, this was 18 days ago I am £95 down still awaiting an email to say they have been received, I have emailed them twice and no contact so i decided to write on their Facebook wall!! within 2 minutes I had a private message, my wallpost deleted and they said they would look into it if I sent them a Private message with my order number!! I don't give up easlily and the one thing that annoys me is that courtesy and politeness goes along way in my eyes and costs nothing. I cant afford to just throw away £95 away at any time of year and the fact that they don't seem concerned is a poor show. I won't be using them again.

I am so sorry for the delay with adviser responses but I have looked into your order and can see that a refund has been processed and should be appearing in your account.
