I ordered the Rio 180l from Charterhouse, despite being £20 more expensive than some othe stockists, because of the next day delivery that was included according to the advertising. I ordered by 12pm on Thursday and the website claimed the item was in stock. It turned out not to be and it has arrived this morning - Tuesday. Not a disaster but far longer than I believed when I ordered. The aquarium was then only delivered to the kerb outside my bungalow so thank gooodness my partner was able to carry it on his own into the house otherwise it would still be out on the street! All in all, it could've been a much better experience.
