Having received my tap as promised, the plumber spent 2 hours this morning trying to figure out why the tap leaked when the tap was opened. The hoses were fine (no leaking at all...until the tap was opened.) After several attempts to find out the problem, he concluded the tap was faulty. The fact that the tap arrived with no paperwork (i.e., no instructions and no guarantee information) raised our suspicions further. I immediately called their "Customer Service" number, and after holding for 1 hr 25 mins, my phone packed up. Now, using another phone, I have been holding for 15 mins and counting. A message plays every ten seconds that tells me my 'call is important' to them. I reckon I have now listened to the fact that I am an 'important' customer nearly 400 times...funny way to show it. The tap looked lovely and appeared to be of good quality, but as it doesn't work and I cannot get through to them, I will now demand a refund. If you want to take a chance that you will have no problem, then I guess it might be worth it. But if you do have a problem...good luck!
